Another soul laid bare beneath the gavel
Many a fine night have you indulged
Illicit gains have paved your risky journey
Bedecked by silken cloth and weighty gold

Many a like man has met your sickle
Friends and foes await in rooms of stone
Alas, your sun has set upon their doorway
As you shall come to don the penal garb

What now might you think of men you scoffed at
Those you thought you'd soared so high above
Just as they who flock around the Kaaba
Every class of man, one set of clothes

Silence and remorse shall shade your quarters
