Stricken with her dull pallid exterior
Refusing to believe that her heart

It was love that shone from her eyes
Love, that made her look radiant

Love, the reason for her smile

My heart thumped loudly

Feet rooted to the ground
Lips unable to make a sound

Found a seashell by chance
