"Hello......hello… " (A caller voice) "do you hear me? Please answer. I am calling from Deraa."

I hear Children's cries and women weep behind the caller's, anxious voice calling me from Deraa.

"Hello American, " (the caller said) "my name is Khalid Abu-Saif, and I am calling from Deraa."
