120210b Could Be My Heart Talking

winter wind teasing my skin
as steam rises from my lips
blowing my tender fingertips
when i see flapping wings
gliding over calming sea
searching food; it could be

plunge straight and disappear
then take off with so much force
water sprays causing ripples
reaching sandy shore instantly
i pause for a moment of time
i heard your voice like chime
