With kindest regards
Please accept this letter
The directors feel
Trade could have been better

We need to make savings
Cutbacks we are needing
You’ll find them outlined
In this letter your reading

We are in a recession
The chairman’s new yacht
Has emptied the kitty
Of all that we’d got

We see no solution
And sales aren’t abundant
So to help make more savings
We’ve made you redundant
