## A Crude Remedy - A Humour
sometimes...
it really becomes difficult
to keep the HEAD in place
if you go through a political magazine
if you watch through a political channel
it could really get you.....
your HEAD might start spinning
every party has a dedicated channel
your HEAD might sway to the right
if you are watching the ruling party's channel
a neutral channel might put it back in place..again
an opposition channel would swing it to the left
it really becomes difficult
to keep the HEAD in place
if you are going through a political magazine
if there is an interview of a politician
who has just switched party or changed alliance
if there is anything highligted in the interview...about
what he said BEFORE and AFTER switching...
my advice would be...please don't even venture to read it
it would swing your HEAD left and right..continuosly and rapidly
your HEAD might take a full round before you finish
INSPITE OF ALL THESE CONSEQUENCES

Well, you have struck the funny bone of most readers with this charming and entertaining poem, samanyan! This poem is full of humor, and very well-conceived humor it is. In my experience, I have found the best way to not have a neck sprain or a potential mental meltdown from listening to or watching one politican after another is to simply ignore them completely. Never watch the national news or any of the political channels under any circumstances, and avoid CNN at all costs! Of course, another way is to read entertaining poems like this one! Carl.

I would also suggest A chair with strappings Maybe a Chair from Some doctor's lair Politicians are a set apart They all have this effect On one and all - To Read the poem was a joy A riot of amusement To follow the swing of words From Left to Right Tongue in Cheek You make me smile! Ps: I don't read news paper or listen to them either - A real sad state of affairs brought out with a dash of brilliant humour! Angel
I just love this! (lol) . It is a brilliant piece of writing and I agree wholeheartedly about the situation with politicians. They are like little children in Parliament, and to think we in this country vote them in! I must share your poem with my social friends in Australia.
