A Garden Full Of Bees Poem by UNNIKRISHNAN Sivasankara Menon

A Garden Full Of Bees

Rating: 5.0

My garden full of bees
of all and every size
some tiny as an ant
some as large as a wasp,
Their humming
forms a new music,
Every flower they visit
nectar don't they drink
nor pollen they consume,
they just collect
and carry home to store
for the little ones.

Its nice to put all the hardwork and determination of the bees into the poem

A honey, of a poem, very sweet and tender. Welcomed relief. Full marks.

Such a stinger of a poem! A wonderful tribute to bees. As a beekeeper, you might want to watch the film Ulee's Gold. Peter Fonda stars in one of his very best films.

Hi Richard, Good to know that you were ‘stung' by this poem. Hehehe! Again, I have not watched the movie Ulee's Gold, though I like Peter Fonda, who is blessed with great talent. Shall try now. Thank You.
