A Letter To My Angels - Poem by Amanda Lukas
I sing for you, my angels.
You are the clouds on which I fly.
I cry for you, my loved ones.
You are the souls that cannot die,
the saviors who,
when I needed most,
were there to lend a hand.
I know you help me,
not because of obligation,
but simply because you can.
I remember you holding me
when I was small and feeling all alone.
I'm older now,
you've given me a home.
You may be men to many others,
but, to me, you are angels.
