A Lover's Plight Poem by Sandra Feldman

A Lover's Plight

Rating: 5.0

In the land of moonlit kisses,
A lover cries his plight,
But no matter how much he cries,
His love, he's lost forever,
And his heart has taken flight,
In the cold and teary night.

A powerful truth put into artistic wording, love the change up in rhyming.
