A Quiet Senryu
All these years
I yearn for quietness
Yelling
this sounds like my wife when she is 'encouraging' me to shut up! ! it rarely works for her. to MyPoemList. bri :)
What you both tend to overlook is that, in all unwritten constitutions of all the nations of all worlds, it is the fundamental right of wives to shout at their hapless husbands...
Either we are married to the same woman or all wives have the same pattern in their behaviour.

Hi Kostas, Wonderful poem er er, play of words. The conflict of meaning of the words: : quietness: : and: : yelling: : is only on the surface. In reality, quietness yells at us and the yelling is so quiet....
