A Red Haired Beauty - Μια Κοκκινομάλλα Καλλονή Poem by Kostas Lagos

As the world goes on in turmoil and confusion, the poet thinks of rum and red haired love. It looks like a new poetic format with juxtaposed images which may be called a Kostas Senryu.

I liked how you beautifully juxtaposed two contradictions (chaos and calmness) in this poem. You have rightly pointed out how chaotic life can be and those who can enjoy life or are intoxicated by love are the sure winners! This is an outstanding poem...goes into my poemlist.

The rum is a great choice. Even sailors who are in love drink the rum. Sail the ocean of love in the hope that it will come to a land where live redhaired beauty. This is the best philosophy and ideology. I hope you will find the island with name: Smile.
