A Royal Falcon I Am Poem by Romeo Della Valle

A Royal Falcon I Am

A Royal Falcon I am,
But now badly hurt...
O Royal Falcons,
My faithful friends,
I am calling you
From the depths of the valley
To come and rescue me
For I am lying down here
With broken wings...
I went higher than the limits
And fell, I miserably failed...!

No more I do aspire
To take another flight
Until my wound is healed...
Here I am, motionless
Listening to the echo of my dreams,
Until you take me back
Up the skies to fly with you
And finish the journey
With great desires
Waiting patiently
Until my rainy day arrives...

Hope floats high here.Falcons never think of astute successes when they fly. They just fly high and success come to them.Despair comes when people thinks too much on success. Then they miss out normal success also which normalwise should come their way. This poem once again depicts a picture of also Air Falcons or Air Flight captains and lieutenants while the plane crashes and they are left in snows.1945 happened one such incident in the highest mountains of India and the body was discovered in mid 2000s by group of Indian mountaineers but as handed over to US Air Marshalls and was honoured the way he wished to.Only was he not alive. But he waited patiently there until his rainy day arrived
