A Touch Of Nature Poem by Romeo Della Valle

A Touch Of Nature

Rating: 5.0

Scattered-the leaves
That once waved their majesty
High atop a wonder throne
From which casts the glory
O f rare beauty earthward...

Following the wind
With no direction
Separate the frail players blow
Base to base torn from home
And the arms which gather life
And hold it to its roots...

'torn from home'..a lovely expression...a tree seems to have a lot of expressive parts
