Accepting Life Poem by Ruta Mohapatra

Accepting Life

Rating: 4.8

There are truths about life
Bitter and unpalatable
That need to be accepted

There is no use
Skirting around them
No use denying their existence

Let them seep in
Little by little
Till they form part of your thoughts

Then pass them on
To the future generations
The way our ancestors did

Each age struggled to accept
These eternal truths
Then learnt to live with them

Typos: A beautiful poem. I have visited your poems several times. Read your poems with interest and love but you have not yet dropped a word on any of my poems. May I know the reason? You are just one case....hundred such cases are there!

I think you should carry on writing, not minding what other people say or do.
