To feel Love as a disease,
When all is dead, and yet, exists:
Holding the very heart of you,
With no remedy, —nothing to do!
For years now, I've been possessed,
By its sweetness: —I'm depressed!
Caught in a web, in this addiction:
Enslaved too long in its affliction!
Love is equally an exhilaration and an affliction! When it becomes an addiction, we feel caught in a tangled web, and we carry for ever its sweetness as well as bitterness! The dichotomy of loss and gain in love is beautifully brought out!

Love brings seperation of two as well as pain and agony. Sometimes it brings addiction and lover or beloved feels entangled in web. You have so nicely and touchingly inscribed this here. Beautiful poem.
