Affirmatives - Poem by Sanjukta Nag

This life is not made of metaphor,
And I’ve never recognized
The definition of sweet talker.
Still I can offer you fragment of yes
In a world devoid of positivity.
Close the darkness in your eyes
To open the insight of your heart.
And you can sense energies,
Swirling and dancing between us
In glee, with the resonance of
Our unstoppable emotions.
Because the syntax of love is shaped
With millions of affirmatives.

Topic(s) of this poem: hope, love and life, positiveness

Quite right Sanjukta! The syntax of not only love but also life is made of affirmatives! In a world devoid of positivity, this is a great message!

    I do not understand,
    although I understand,
why should like to thank the allocation,
when you can thank the poet.
Name of the game is to write and distribute,
thank you for it when you have such a good poet,
    I give 10 dry points,
    I would give obese
but them not be into that box,
    downloaded...
