After Its Over Poem by Paul Brookes

After Its Over

Rating: 4.5

What I miss about before, are hugs,
now we live hermetically sealed.

what I miss most about before, are smiles
which hide now, are discreate, masked.

what I miss about before, are crowds,
the hustle and bustle.

what I miss about before,
is having coffee and a laugh with friends.

so I am storing all my hugs
all my smiles,
all my mingling,
and all my laughs,
for when we are together again.

Hope we all get to share our stored hugs, Masks? Some people will, maybe we all do weAr masks, even when they cannot be seen.
