And All I Got Was This Lousy Key Chain Poem by Kewayne Wadley

And All I Got Was This Lousy Key Chain

(Then) It struck me out of nowhere,
I wanted this woman with such urgency,
There wasn't a damn thing I could do about it,
Was she someone I would ever know,
A mere face in a dream that wasn't mine,
The though of her made chills form against my arm,
Impatiently I could bare no more,
Truth couldn't be any clearer,
the thought of her,
Became infatuation,
By the way she stared, by the way she spoke,
Suddenly I became trapped behind the bars of fascination,
Thoughts implored more,
Sensations sat by the fire of her warmth,
Those eyes had so much more to discover,
They spoke to the heart in such fashion,
again they said,
Love me as I vow to never let go
