A-s long as you hold on,
N-ew day will soon shine;
N-ight cold chill will end to make you feel better and fine.
D-arkness will disappear,
A-pril twenty-sixth is bright;
Y-our birth will see the morn,
H-ang on through the night.
O-nce you feel hopeless, trust in the Lord Almighty;
P-ut your faith in Him, believing in His ability.
R-ead all the realities
O-f life beneath the sky;
D-reams you may fantasize,
E-agerly wait, don't just cry.
N-ever mind ache and pain,
A-s long as you hold on;
S-orrow shall be removed by the early break of dawn.
T-wilight will pass from view,
E-vening shadows will be lost;
J-ust another dusk will turn
I-nto sun that warms the frost.
D-epressed and sad because
O-f the bleak horizon;
R-adiant light will glow, as long as you hold on.
