Society is lost, hooked on imagery, existing in a cavalcade of false presentation,
Selective images, the approved look, glamorous and seeking fraudulent attention,
Your different, you tell me, so now let's take a close up look at your statement,
Let's ask you, some questions, to perpetuate thought about your reinforcement,
Challenge offered, could you possibly, ever change your thought process the core sentiment,
Value the things, previously relayed, unimportant and meaningless in your wise discernment,

Could you? perhaps, compliment my mind, or is it an unattractive feminine trait? ,
Could you? perhaps, enjoy the personality, I worked so long and hard to create,
Could you? love me, for who I am, or is it vital that I am viewed as beautiful,
Can you? Love me, regardless of how, I present or is the thought just rather conceptual,
Love me yes, love me now, love all my numerous perfect flaws so delicately incorporated,
Believe me now, believe me how, the pursuit of self-image is quintessentially conflicted,

This beauty, exists temporarily, once it has passed and all the external beauty has faded,
Will you listen, will you believe me, that this temporary state is called abeauty dissuaded,
