Tangy, sweet, salty
Dry, grainy, fruity
creamy, bright
Cabbage-like

to get the beers body
Aroma hops and barley
carbonate in the cask
then filter and fining

ale, bitter and bock
cooper, draft, dopplebock
publican, pilsner and hard cider
in the Pub you make the decider
