Bless The Children Poem by Linda Moore

Bless The Children

Rating: 5.0

Inattentiveness, a heedless manner
Distress and sorrow, the World's yammer
Innocent little children, no toys, no play
Incredible struggles, suffered each day
Exploitation, starvation, no hope, no future
Violence, corruption, no one to nurture
Yes, Heart feels pained anguish
For little Souls who live and languish

Your words carried me right in amongst the children, and this poem should be required reading for all adults. We must learn to protect the wee ones. Good Write and good rhythem. Your friend Lynn

A protector of the Children! It is wonderful to speak up for those whose voices are not heard. Well written

A true and fair reflection of heart......compassionate and ardent lament.......shows good respect to humankind. it's a piece of heart rather than an art. keep writing..... Rgrds/Salu.
