Pitched to and fro, yes knocked about
Sorrow sucks Life out
Releasing pain, a time to cry
River of tears run to a desert dry
Clear blue the sky in a barren land
Begin at the beginning, a new plan
Escape from the tattered and torn
Anew and reborn
