Blind I am, the world is a blank screen for me

Excellent point, beautiful poem, possible such awareness of blankness, may help the creation of new colours and fill our screens with more rainbows?

The way I read this wonderful senryu is that we are so often blinded by all our small worries and problems that we forget to see the manifold superb miracles that unfold in front of our eyes day by day. I may be wrong in my interpretation above. I think you will like my poem, titled, Y..... Unblind. I will be so much honored if you 'd find the time to comment on it. Blind is an excellent poem!

Hi Jaya, The poem seeks answer for a seemingly innocent question; but very relevant in the current context. People are blind to what is happening around them; they feign ignorance on the one side; deliberate closing their eyes to the sufferings people around them. And then fall prey to the machinations of the mischievous. And get entoiled in the net spread by the unscrupulous. Good One.10+++
