Put 'by' or 'through'
before my name
and either word
would mean the same.
When I'm amazed
by what has come through me
I know, God, Who
the source must be.
Superb! There is perfect synchronisation between precision and recall in this brief spiritual expression. Top score.

Brief introspective reminder of our place in the realm of existence. I have often thought of humility as having a true perspective of my significance in the whole realm of things. It creates a sense of smallness, certainly, and yet as a creation of the Most High, also reminds me that I have a real significance that does not originate from me. So I can humbly maintain a sense of true significance. Inspiring piece, Glen.
thanks, neal. don't know how common this is, but, as the poem says, i am amazed sometimes (usually after the fact) by what i've written. where did the words come from? the ideas? i guess it's the muse idea, and we hope (or most of us do?) that something might come through us that is more than a labored same old same old. may we be en-thused (from the greek for in and divinity) over and over. glen

Thank you, Dillip. I relate to poets who refer to, depend on, a muse of one sort or another. I'm convinced it's God's spirit that's the source of all beauty. -Glen
