Cafe Liberte Poem by Richard Wlodarski

Cafe Liberte

Rating: 5.0

I love my espresso
Black with no damn sugar
I love my Blue Mountain
With cream and some sugar
I love coconut cream
Pie in the mighty sky

I love my Mother Earth
And will cry when she dies
Until then I shall live
Every single day
As if it were my last

Brilliant, Richard! I get a hint of Billy Collins. Again, brilliant!

2) Being given a hint of a poetic giant who was a poet laureate is a huge accomplishment! You've really made my day, my friend!
