Children Of A Royal Birth - Poem by SheenaAnn Brown

A long time ago, we were there all together
Husband and wife, sister and brother
Searching for more than existance alone
and the chance to know choices, love, pain, hope and 'home'
A long learning-process, from beginnings to ends
but knowing that we can get help from our friends
makes the journey much easier, knowing that we are not alone
as we make our choices; know love; feel pain; and hope to return 'home'
Behind the veil, they watch and they smile
as they see their children gain mile by mile
the advantage to become like their parents above
guided by faith; but steered by their love
Eternity beckons for everyone here
What we choose to be there, depends on us here
We are children of Royal Birth, if we choose to believe
In knowing our Father, we find peace and relief
We can be like HIm, have worlds of our own
Creation is ours, in our eternal home
We are Gods (look in Amos) the world would have us be less
WE are capable of GREAT things - the world is a mess
Look beyond what the world sees in you and in me
Believe in yourself..and what you can be
Look past the world's offerings...you are worth so much more
Look to eternity and open the door
to blessings of heaven and eternal love
and the eternal companionship of your Heavenly Parents above!
