Skyrocketing of the market
makes one dizzy.
Can't buy things ordered,
life would be ruggy.
Hissing, biting ready.
O' buffalo, better take to Yam raj
I feel unsteady.
May you be a man of parts,
Useless if poor.
Do any thing , does not matter,
But makes you richer.
Beg, borrow, steal and kill
Individually or in combo,
Considered high skill.
Savitries compromise,
Applaud Satyabans as wise.
In operation Sindoor,
You feel like a hero,
Life becomes a cakewalk ,
no more a big zero.
Only truth of the present
Money makes you gallant.
A very interesting, witty and humorous poem. An enjoyable read!

Once these rituals used to bind a family but now with skyrocketing prices it's breaking family values. Nice poem
