'I've got good news, and I've got bad, '
my doctor said to me.
'Give me the bad news first, ' I said,
'as candid as could be.'
'Those meds that we have got you on,
I just informed your wife:
You'll have to take them every day
the rest of your whole life! '
'The good news is, there won't be much
that you will have to buy;
all you will need, I'm fairly sure,
is just a week's supply! '
