I picked this for the title as my Father's Uncle composed the Cuckoo Waltz. My Father remembered when he was a little boy in Sweden his Uncle sitting under a tree and going 'Cuckoo Cuckoo' over and over and over. So this poem is not only sentimental for me, but it is so lifting and and delightful and of course, I love it to bits! Karin Anderson

Stories of nature captured here in all their splendour of imagery. Sweet poem, and a lovely read. Love and hugs Ernestine XXX
