Deal With The Devil Poem by David Harris

Deal With The Devil

Rating: 5.0

Each day as we walk our life,
in things that we do,
we have to deal with the devil,
in our own private way.
We have to show him,
that he holds no control on our lives.
That we are free spirits,
with our own right to choose.
Life has no easy path,
to where we want to travel.
We have to make the choice,
on which road we want to go.
So dealing with the devil,
and his temptations there,
is something we do daily,
to keep our mind strong and clear.

Another insightful message David, yes this Devil he walks in sheeps clothing, sometimes with the look of sheer beauty. We must learn to recognize him and not fall victim to his advances.--Great poem David---Melvina

The devil is one, which comes in the form of temptation. Once we fall a victim to this temptation, the devil takes hold of us. A very good thought provoking poem.
