Can one measure
The length of a life,
The distance of a star
How high is the sky,
Why love is so far,
Far away,
Remembrance,
Like
In a dream that never was,
That hardly stayed,
Sand, slithering,
Thru my fingers,
As I stand alone
In the desert
And the Oasis,
Of one day, is
So, so far away.
(3) You deserves a Golden ribbon and salutations, since you have created a poem sublimest most thought provoking, a sweetest true poem to my heart. A 10++++++++++++for the vote. Always with the very best wishes, Sylvia Frances Chan.
(2) ...but remember the medaillon has also its reverse side, that even though alone, the feelings, the emotions, the deep insight of being happy and being in love or loved someone you very much are fond of, all these had come to the surface of the medaillon's other side, since life is constantly a jumping from the light to the dark side and visa versa. My dearest Sandra, your marvelous finest poem deserves a golden ribbon, Please read (3) T.Q.

This is difficult to measure the length of life because soul is eternal although body dies. This poem of remembrance and sadness is beautifully penned.10
