Deep Remorse Poem by Rini Shibu

Deep Remorse

Rating: 5.0

Like a dream he came to her
And left alone giving nightmares
The night was sweet and long
But the dream didn't prolong
All she got was pain and sore
He pierced her heart with his words
It wounded her more than a sword
She chained herself in the dark cell
And wished to hide from his spells
But she was haunted by his thoughts
All she could do was to end her life

A heart-wrenching poem written with such great compassion. Let God's love shield us from the words that pierce the heart. And make us contemplate suicide.

Sometimes one is forced to commit suicide but I think one should be courageous to face the bitter truths of life. A sad and touching poem.
