You hit the proverbial nail on the head (did I say that right? I'm the worst idiom regurgitator. I agree that that must be one the most difficult things to cope with for those who suffer. For in the 'not knowing' how do you ever have the control to fix it?

Thank you, Unwritten Soul.Depression often comes without a specific cause. Or so we think. Maybe the cause like Cupid's arrow is buried deep within us.
