Different
If you come and ask me
to understand things
as the world understands
then you must be disappointed
as I have developed my own ways
and they are totally different
to perceive those than the rest of the world
since the day I understood
that I am an individual
so the world can not make me understand
and agree with them
that war is a necessary
as the eyes by which I see blood
in wars are not theirs but mine
how can I disbelieve my ears
as I hear the cry of a hungry child
And sing with them in the same tune
that the world is doing fine?
If war is solution to all problems then world is not doing fine. Powerfully presented in the poem. Thank you.

a great poem Abdul. sometimes a man must walk his own walk. make his own decisions. today people listen and believe everything that is fed to them. they do not take the time to think for themselves. wars are for the foolish at heart. children should never cry from hunger. something is wrong with this society.

i agree with Jasmine. a poet is almost an individual. that is why he can realise feelings of other.war has never been solution except ruins but war will happen till the foolish are on earth.
