There is something very sad but unexpectedly heartening in the poem. I'm sorry I could not follow this series. I find it quite promising. Thanks.

Like Kerouac and Merton, Gonzo's life was very sad. And yet, very heartening! They all spiritualized generations of soul-starving humans.
