Don't Force Me Poem by Dr Dillip K Swain

Don't Force Me

Rating: 5.0

Dear parents and benefactors
Please don't call me a fool
I am rather trying my best to be faithful
Please don't force and ask me to read
Singing passionately for fans I need
My own choice and interest is the spark
Your forceful intent may turn me dark

Don't force me to be a good engineer
Better I want glee in singing as a singer
If I stick to your choice and your subject
I may not execute and perform in detest
I feel God has gifted me with a divine talent
Cheer and promote me but not upset
