Dream Come True - Poem by sarah sorkin
'I'm stuck in this world of mine, and i cant breath.
you seem to be the only reason of survival in this twirling nightmare.
I can't let go but it seems like the only thing i can do
but to me that's not all i see.
Your not a nightmare but a dream come true.
there are nights when i lie awake
thinking about what had just happened.
i think of what i had done wrong
and how i can fix this one.
I dream of bad things and wake up screaming in fear
wishing you were here.
The sun rises and I see you next to me with your arms wrapped around me ever so tight.
You my dear are a beautiful sight.
My heart pumps faster and faster as you kiss me on my nose
the tone of your voice gives me shivers.
I think of how we are not in a relationship anymore
and i don't get upset because you are right here beside me
with your arms around me
telling me you love me.
This is all i could ever want
and that is for you to always love me
and let me go on with my life
and chase my dreams.
what i didn't realize is that this is what you always wanted from me
and i shell cherish every living second that i have of this
for you are my dream come true.'....<3
