POET'S NOTES ABOUT THE POEM
Certain people have asked me to continue my simple question series. I have agreed, but this time (and from now on) , it is not a contest. No points are available. Just answer the question if you can. One possible answer could be that my first cousin's first cousin is me or my sibling, but that is NOT what I had in mind.

Nobody has any opinions on this?

When I was a boy, my first cousin Joe had a first cousin named Dean. I thought that made Dean my cousin also, but he was not. Joe and I were first cousins through our fathers, and Joe and Dean were first cousins through their mothers.

Rose Marie is correct. My first cousin's first cousin is not necessarily related to me at all.

Answer must be qualified. If your first cousin's first cousin's parents are brothers and sisters to your father or mother, then they are still your first cousins. However, if they are not related then you are not related to them.

(cont.) My opinion is that the 3 wannabe rock stars pictured above are now probably 'our age' and living in (L to R) a homeless shelter in Las Vegas, a VA hospital with terminal Agent Orange illness, and living with a Sugar Mamma in a penthouse apt. in NYC. : )

I THINK you have mentioned the person in the middle in one of your poems. I ALSO think I have this same picture on another poem, where I identify all three.

I, Bri Edwards, DO have an opinion. I nearly ALWAYS have an opinion; ask my wife. And she is almost never interested. Go figure! ! ! (cont.)
