Dreamy Oceans Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

Dreamy Oceans

I dream I'm on the golden sand,
The wind is in my hair,
The sea is calm and pleasant,
And you are sitting there,
The sun shines on the cliff tops,
The seagulls give their call,
The fishermen are casting out,
From the harbour wall,
Such pleasure in the sunshine,
For you are here with me,
Your gentle loving presence,
That's how it used to be.
