Elapse - Poem by Kewayne Wadley

A modern orchestra.
Made through electronic speakers.
Traveling to our heart. Mocking each throb.
Both orthopedic to the sound

Made through electric speakers.
Depicting emotions yet vocalized.
Nervous.
Both of us orthopedic to the sound

Depicting emotions yet vocalized.
A slight whisper drowned out by sound.
Naive.
Losing consciousness. Consequent.

A slight whisper.
Elevated by sound.
Consequent.
Yearning to be heard

Elevated by sound.
Mocking each throb.
Yearning to be heard.
A modern orchestra
