Enough-Water>>> Poem by Manonton Dalan

Enough-Water>>>

lake refuse to take more
as rain pour profusely
wind is helping us through
remains calm for whole day
big wheels roam streets
pushing waves to walkways

ball of ants floating by
limbs reaching for rescue
birds are nesting somewhere
to a warm, dry, safe shelter
wishing sun to kiss clouds
push rain aside, dry land
