Eudaimonia 01 - Good Spirit

Rating: 5.0

(Reflections on the World Mental Health Day)

Socrates said
'the un-examined life
is not worth living'.

introspection helps one
pursue wisdom and truth,
using thought can
elevate human existence.

Flourishing through
virtuous living,
Living a life full of
Good Spirit,
a contented state
of being happy,
healthy, prosperous
wellbeing.
