Expression Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

My thoughts are expressed in my poems,
Like a whirlwind they flourish and flow,
Unleashing my innermost feelings,
Poetry's my inner glow.
For sometimes my feelings stay hidden,
Undisclosed in this strange sort of life,
So i pick up my pen and paper,
Expressing those feelings held tight.
When I'm feeling down it's a tonic,
I make it a part of my day,
To let all my feelings, fly like a bird
Expressions the only way.
