Faith
Time keeps slipping. I can't seem to
make it stay. Down on my knees, no
matter how hard I pray. But, I know
when that time comes, he'll show me
the way. When the words won't come
but, my heart has so much to say.
When the dark eclipses the day. And
I can't find the light, not even a
ray. When I feel like I am losing it
all, I know his love won't fade. When
the ocean takes my heart down and under,
with a, benevolent wave.
Hi Becca, Why wail on the time That has slipped away? What has gone Can not be turned back. Live your today, worthy Of His benevolence. Try making our life better A tiny bit, than yesterday, And make it a wee bit better for another human being. You can do it By your lovely poems. All the best.
