Far Away Poem by Jayne Louise Davies

Far Away

Rating: 5.0

Far away from home,
Through the midnight sky,
Far away from life,
Years are drifting by.

Long for you each day,
But you aren't coming back,
Search for you in dreams,
Keeping life on track.

The sun looks down on me,
The memories make me smile,
If only you were near,
So we could talk awhile.
