It's hard to say good bye
It's hard to believe what my eyes have seen
It's hard to believe what my ears have heard
It's hard to believe what life has proven
It's hard to believe you are really gone
It's hard to believe you are no more, lovely mom
But what other choice do I have than to believe
Now peaceful rest is all I pray for you in your new home,

But life is so tough without you lovely mom
For you were the only mirror in my world
You've been my only true and lovely friend
You've been always there when I needed you
You've shown me love to the square of infinity
You've shown me what it's worth
to love someone each and everyday
You've shown me how to live and what to do
You've shown me how to smile and what to say

And you were my strength when I was weak
You were my eyes when I couldn't see
You were my voice when I couldn't speak
You we're my light when I was in the dark
You couldn't sleep when I couldn't sleep
You were a precious gift to me
You were my every smile
You were my every joy
You were a mother that a child could ever need

But now the best thing I could ever do
Is to keep you in my prayers, in what ever I do
It's hard to say goodbye
And I hate to say goodbye
Because the day I will say goodbye
Will be the day I die.
