Farewell To Oak Avenue Poem by Evelyn Judy Buehler

Farewell To Oak Avenue

Rating: 4.6

It's autumn on Oak Avenue,
Sing birds so blue.
Summer has gone,
They'll fly with dawn.

Other tangerine suns entice-
Green paradise!
Azure skies call,
Come leave it all!

For life is about variance,
Time's radiance,
Like painted skies,
At the sunrise.

It could be the first stanza is out place. It is autumn there, but in other places is not. Is this to be taken literary or metaphorically? Explanation needed to judge this poem correctly.?
