I wear a smile
on my face outside,
but no one knows
my feelings inside

I look so happy
so carefree it seems
but another life happens
in my dreams

something unpleasant
out of ordinary
not so good
but its reality

Its life
a feeling to hide
out of depression
an uneasy slide

a path ripped open
in my heart
a feeling i wish
so eagerly to part

a feeling of sadness
all over grief
but above it all
i learn to live
