Few Things Are Certain Poem by Juan Olivarez

Few Things Are Certain

Rating: 5.0

Few things are certain,
In the life of man.
Fewer are the ones,
he can hold in his hand.
The breeze in your hair,
The rain in your face,
The sun in the east,
A good woman's embrace.
Even for many,
The dreams that they chase.

Juan-with great brevity you nailed it. I guess acceptance is the needed ingrediant. Well done
